01 — Who I am
I’m Adam, originally from Manchester and now living in Oslo. I started out in law, then swapped suits for startups. Today I’m co-founder and COO of Autopix, where I run operations and product. We started with two people and no outside money, and built it into a profitable business. I’m happiest fixing what’s broken and cutting what’s bloated, so things keep moving.

I led the build of our AI pipeline, our mobile apps and a rebuild of four web apps in nine months.
Building the operating model
Build how the work gets done, then rebuild it as we grow.
I’ve taken our production from 100+ remote staff to 15 suppliers in five countries, then a hybrid AI workflow. Clients didn’t feel the bumps.
Hiring & leading teams
Hire for attitude, then give people room to grow.
I give people responsibility early and make it safe to ask questions and own mistakes. Some early hires now lead major parts of Autopix.
Legal & compliance
Where the law degree earns its keep.
I draft and negotiate client and supplier contracts, write our terms and privacy policies, and take us through GDPR, the EU AI Act and enterprise procurement.

04 — How I work
Same rules for everyone.
I won’t ask anyone to do what I wouldn’t. Whoever you are, you get the same respect and a proper hearing.
Say the hard thing early.
If something’s wrong, you’ll hear it from me. I’d rather have an awkward conversation today than an expensive one later.
Own the outcome.
If it’s mine and it goes wrong, I fix it, whoever caused it. Then I find out what it taught me.
